NOTICE: WE CURRENTLY DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS CREDIT CARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Okay Mountain can accept international payments by credit card through PayPal, but has not yet set up an interface in our store. For international customers, please send an email to info@okaymountain.com requesting the item desired and the item number. We will then send you an electronic invoice detailing the item and shipping costs, allowing you to pay for the item electronically. SHIPPING: All domestic shipments are sent via USPS or UPS, depending on the service you select. All International orders are shipped using USPS Air Mail. You will receive a notification email the date your order has been shipped. Most orders should be shipped within 8-14 days of purchase. RETURNS: Due to the unique nature of artwork, limited edition products, etc., Okay Mountain does not offer refunds on items in the store. We will, however, do our best to replace any items that have been damaged in transit. In such cases, the buyer must contact us via email within 5 business days of the item’s delivery. If a return is then agreed upon, the buyer must pay for the cost of shipping the item back and do so within 5 business days of this agreement. We are not responsible for the loss of orders due to an incorrect address provided during check out and no refund will be given in these cases. Your order will be held for 7 days until the payment arrives. Personal checks must clear before shipment will be made. B Austin, TX 78702 TAXES: A sales tax of 8.25% Is required for all orders placed in Texas. PRIVACY STATEMENT Okay Mountain will not sell, rent or trade any of your personally identifiable information to third parties. Additionally, you may choose to sign up for our email newsletter through this site. This email address will be used solely to receive emailed information regarding Okay Mountain. Your email address will never be given to any outside parties for any reason.
